Glowing Goddess (Light-Up) Costume

Greek god costumes are often depicted in contemporary pictures, frescoes or on pottery of the time as being a white toga style dress. I imagine this was the dress up gear that they wore. The fancy stuff. On a day to day basis I’m sure they wore simpler type clothing.

The Glowing Goddess (Light-Up) Costume is their dress up gear. The gear they wore to go out to parties – maybe they got a cheeky invite from Dionysus to party with a god for the night. Sure to end up with a few choice memories and head shaking moments the day after.

The costume consists of a shimmering microfiber asymmetrical dress. In other words a dress that attaches on one shoulder. There is an accompanying chiffon cape to make you look a little like a Greek  goddess about to fly down from Mount Olympus.

The unique feature of the dress is the gold fiber optic lights that can be turned on and off at the flick of a switch. There is a little pocket in the dress where you can store the on/off switch so that it is not visible. Turn the lights on when you are making an entrance to the party and then save the batteries when inside and the lighting diminishes the affect. Batteries are include with the costume by the way.

The costume is finished with touches of gold here and there to point out how special you are. There are gold leaf appliqué accents on the cape. You also get a gold string belt, gold armbands and a clasp/broach shoulder strap for the dress. There is a gold colored laurel headpiece to place on your head too.
